Ann Marie Hadcock was born in Hamilton, Ontario in 1979. Her current studio is in Kitchener, Ontario. She has a Fine Art Diploma from Fanshawe College, Honours Visual Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario, and an MFA from the University of Windsor Ontario. Hadcock is the recipient of an Emerging Artist Project Grant from the Ontario Arts Council in 2009 and a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Grant in 2005. Recent exhibitions include
