Bio
Ann Marie Hadcock was born in Hamilton, Ontario in 1979. Hadcock is an installation artist that works primarily with fiber-based materials. Hadcock has a Fine Art Diploma from Fanshawe College, Honours Visual Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MFA from the University of Windsor Ontario. Hadcock has received a Canada Council project grant and numerous grants from the Ontario Arts Council. Recent Exhibitions include Dream of an Oasis, as part of the Contemporary Art Forum of Kitchener and Area(CAFKA) (2014), The Homefront, at Tom Thomson Art gallery (2014) and Chameleon for James Street Supercrawl (2015), Flow, THEMuseum (2019). Hadcock’s latest work Spires will be featured in the Biennale Internationale du lin de Portneuf in June 2019. Hadcock currently resides in South Bruce Peninsula.
